2. Acceptance of These Terms

By placing an order or otherwise using ljusstudios.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

4. Products and Orders

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are handled according to our Refund Policy, including your statutory right of withdrawal and statutory right to complain about defects under Swedish and EU consumer law.

8. Intended Use and Safety

LJUS light therapy devices are designed for general home cosmetic and wellness use and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, have a photosensitive condition, are taking photosensitizing medication, or have a relevant eye or skin condition, consult a doctor before use. Follow the instructions included with your device.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ljusstudios.com, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of Axell Creative AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Axell Creative AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU consumer protection law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, or supplier failures.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you have a complaint we haven't been able to resolve directly, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se, or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
