HOW LIGHT SUPPORTS RECOVERY

Red and near-infrared wavelengths are delivered in precise ratios to penetrate deep into muscle. Specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light interact with light-sensitive components inside cells, particularly within the mitochondria. This interaction supports ATP production, the energy source used for cellular repair, recovery and normal tissue function.
